A 13-month industrial placement with power management company Eaton, working on manufacturing operations and continuous improvement projects on a live production site.
What you'll do
- Support continuous improvement projects on the manufacturing floor
- Collect and analyse operational data to find efficiencies
- Work with engineering, quality and production teams
What they're looking for
- Undergraduate on a course with a placement year (engineering or similar)
- Analytical mindset and interest in manufacturing
- Able to be based in Redditch for the placement
