The Dyson Institute of Engineering and Technology is unusual: a degree-awarding body inside a company. Students are paid employees, pay no tuition fees, and work on live projects from year one.
Competition for the Institute is intense, with thousands of applicants for a cohort of around 60.
The culture is fast, iterative and prototype-heavy: build, test, break, repeat.
